What is the return policy for my order?

Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, stickers, accessories, and packaging intact

Important:
A clear unboxing video (without cuts) and 4–5 images of the product from multiple angles (top, bottom, front, back, and sides) are mandatory when submitting a return request. If these requirements are not fulfilled, the return will be denied.

Can I exchange my product for a different size or colour?

Size or colour exchanges are only allowed in cases where the wrong item was shipped due to a fulfilment or packaging error from our side. In such cases, we will ensure the correct product is provided.

How long does it take to process a return/exchange?

Once we receive the returned product and complete verification (usually within 4–5 business days), we will proceed with one of the following based on eligibility:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

  • Coupon code / Value credit

Refund methods depend on the return category and eligibility.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items?

No. Sale items, limited edition releases, exclusive drops, or discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check product details, sizing guidelines, and images before completing your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Currently, all orders can only be placed through our official website. For now, we do not process orders through phone or WhatsApp.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be altered or combined with additional items. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing the purchase.

What type of notifications will I receive after ordering?

You will receive updates at every important step, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Dispatch/shipping updates

  • Delivery status & completion message

Notifications will be sent via WhatsApp and email linked to your account.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. You can use it to check real-time delivery updates until your package reaches you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be edited.
However, in rare or genuine cases, you may contact our support team at support@papahighx.com, and we will try our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
You will receive updates throughout the delivery process.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we currently ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon as we scale our platform.
